Attack Phase Day 2

10 AM
Weight: 53.9kg (-0.4)
Fat Percentage: 30.9 (+0.1)
Total Weight Lost: 0.4 kg

Breakfast:
Oat Bran Porridge (made with skim milk)
Small glass about 150 ml of skim milk
2 pan fried eggs

Lunch:
half a smoked chicken thigh (took out the skin) - I got these from a nearby traditional market. They're super yummy!!
1 glass about 250 ml skim milk

















Snack:
1 hotdog from 7-11 (BAD!!! don't know why I was craving it so much...)
1 Coffee with a splash of cream (it was full fat... I know. BAD again)

Dinner:
7-11 關東煮 Guan Dong Zhu (1 pork ball, 1 chicken ball, and one seafood thingy)

Others:
about 10 pcs of sugar free gum

Exercise:
40 min of body combat class (got killed at the strength training portion where we had to do push ups.. I suck at them.. even the first one is painful!!!)

OK I gotta start doing better tomorrow.. as in not eat so much processed food because I'm really not sure about their carb content and most probably they are too high in sodium and fat. Gonna really try to eat healthier tomorrow. I bought some chicken last night so I might cook tomorrow... if I don't get lazy!!!

I find that because my meals are only proteins, I always feel like I'm not done with the meal after I finish it, even though I'm not hungry anymore, I still feeling like eating something else after I finish my chicken or whatever it is. I went to a coffee shop today and the pastries and cakes and breads shelf was just SCREAMING at me... it was not pretty. I hope I have progress tomorrow..
