Breakfast:
Oatbran porridge with some more skim milk
Tuna omelette with 2 eggs and 1 piece of low fat cheese

Snack:
1 piece of low fat cheese

Late lunch:
Went to Kaiten sushi place again
6 slices of salmon sashimi
2 thin slices of half cooked salmon with skin
3 sticks of fake crab meat with a little bit of mayo
1 steamed egg with a bit of seafood in it

Dinner:
Greek yogurt (whole) - I know BAD

Snack after dinner:
0kcal jelly - AGAIN

Others:
took some samples of bread this afternoon... :(

Went to Chinese weight loss doctor today to finish off the acupuncture tickets I bought loooong time ago. I figured I'll just finish it since I already paid for it. Basically it's this kind of acupuncture where the doctor inserts a kind of string through a needle into numerous acupuncture points on your body. Those needles will keep stimulating those acupuncture points to help burn the fat in that area and speed up metabolism and in a week or so it will be absorbed by the body or I guess dissolve? Supposedly they are not harmful and won't affect your body unless your allergic. I was so nervous today... I bought acupuncture for my arms, tummy and thighs and some parts really hurt. With exercise I'm hoping it will be effective!
