Finished the other half of the smoked chicken from yesterday
Big glass about 400 ml skim milk with 1.5 tbsp oat bran
few spoons of non-fat greek yogurt
Snack Lunch:
2 tea eggs from 7-11
1 coke zero
half cup of Americano
Late Lunch:
Skinless steamed chicken from food court (had to peel off the skin and dip the chicken in clear soup coz they like drizzled oil all over it! I have to say I felt embarassed doing it gahhhh oh well)
Fat free greek yogurt 170 grams
Dinner:
4 pieces of stew beef (tried to take out as much sauce as I could.. but still had some)
low-fat latte
I'm happy with my weight progress today :) I'm really gonna start cooking tomorrow. Eating out is so expensive and a lot of them come with rice and some side veggies and I have to just leave them to waste....... Tomorrow would be my fourth day of attack phase, which is one more day than my recommended attack phase days. I'll see how it goes tomorrow to see if I'll stay in this phase for 4 or 5 days. I do miss veggies though and don't even mention how I feel whenever I pass by bakeries on the streets, and there are just so many of them in Taipei!!! geez why are girls so skinny in Taiwan when there are sooooooo many bakeries around with their irresistable aroma? its ridiculous!!!
