Cruise Phase Day 4 - PV Continued...

Breakfast:
Oat bran porridge + some more skim milk
1 piece of low-fat cheese

Lunch:
Lunch box with 4 kinds of different veggies
Stir-fry pork (squeezed out most of the sauce on the surface)
Stir-fry octopus
1 egg sunny side up

Snack:
1 0kcal jelly (CHEAT)
1 iced skim milk latte (tall size)

Dinner:
I went to this Kaiten sushi place!
I had six plates:
1 steamed bamboo, 1 okra, 2 half cooked salmon, 1 tuna, 1 steamed shrimp
I used soy sauce and wasabi, now I know soy sauce is not allowed but I didn't drain my food in it... so I hope it's not too bad..

Today's been a bad day over all. I tripped in my first Latino Aerobics class (plus didn't feel like I got enough exercise from it) and most of all I felt so out of control about food today. I had insane insane cravings. I even have thoughts about following through with this Dukan Diet thing. I know I can still lose weight by eating less but including veggies and fruits in my diet everyday instead of what I'm doing now.. I can barely eat ANYTHING... I crave nuts too. I want to have a pack of almonds and cashews like NOW. grrr....

Anyways.. I'm going to bed.. I'm like STARVING which I like to be when I go to bed because that makes me feel successful but lately this hunger has been getting harder and harder to bare....... :(
