black coffee with a drop of cream (cream is NOT allowed)

Sugar free gum (quite a bit)
Nervous about my weigh in tomorrow as today is the first day I ate veggies this week!!! I heard that veggies makes you retain water so you tend to be heavier. I've been bloating easily these days too. I'm thinking I should really cut down on the sugar free gum and jelly especially at night. The weight I lost quickly in the first few days I think is mostly water weight and also the weight I recently gained from eating a lot last weekend. So right now is the REAL challenge. GOGOGO!!!
